Abstract: To solve high cost, high energy and many other issues in the communication, propose a new network architecture, one of the important applications is to solve the "tidal effect", by BBUs uniform placement to achieve unified deployment of resources to get the purpose of saving computation. But its feasibility has not been verified, this paper will verify its feasibility by data from two aspects of changing the number of base stations and changing the different situations of the base stations. Be measured through simulation and analysis results show that the use of new network architecture can not only save computation, but also enhance the resource utilization and reduce construction, operation and maintenance costs.

Abstract: Along with the rapid development of national economy and the increasing of life level day by day, people have a new understanding on frozen and chilled foods. At the same time food safety problems have also been paid attention. RFID is a new type automatic identification technology with good function characteristic, which can satisfy efficiency requirements of commodity processing, and it has many advantages compared with the bar code and can strictly control food quality in cold-chain logistics to promote healthy development of cold chain logistics.

Abstract: Tension control and precise conveyance in web-handling machines are critical to ensure product quality. This paper is focused on analyzing the effect of idle rollers on flexible web tension vibration for discontinuous web transport systems. First, the simplified algebraic dynamical models of the inertia and friction are presented, which plays an important role for the design of idle rollers’ layout systems. Second, the tension vibration test method and tension data collection scheme are introduced, respectively. Finally, based on the mathematical model and test strategies, an experiment platform is established. Several experiments have been performed to show idle rollers’ effect on tension control and tension vibration in the discontinuous web transport system.

Abstract: This paper investigates the problem of frequency doubling with speed measuring radars. The main reason for it is that the gain of the reflected wave receiver cannot cope with all the possible waves reflected by cars of different distances away from the radar. Strong signals will saturate the receiver and generate harmonics which interferes with the speed measuring. Based on this, a harmonic detection and frequency doubling suppression method is developed in this paper and the effectiveness of the method is verified by experimental results.

Abstract: Aimed at the analysis of wind turbine development status in 2010, this paper discussed the wind turbine capacity status and manufacturers in China. Through the detail analysis in the wind turbine development status, some problems have been discussed such as planning imbalance between country and local governments, coordinate between wind energy and other energy, performance of wind turbine, etc. Aimed at above problems in the wind turbine development, this paper gives some corresponding advices to resolve these problems.

Abstract: A framework of modeling and simulating a typical artificial system is proposed based on discrete event system and Petri net. Firstly, the system model is constructed based on discrete event system theory. Secondly, the model is described and analyzed by using Petri net. Then, the simulation procedures on Matlab platform are presented in detail. The proposed framework is applied to modeling and simulating a logical control system of a marine diesel engine. The simulation results indicate that this logical control system model can be constructed by the given framework and the proposed method is effective in simulating and analyzing this kind of artificial system.

Abstract: In this paper, people mainly take three two-dimensional arrays State, Energy and Ori (Ori is the positive integer of 1 ≤Ori≤Orimax ) to perform the molecular states and build models. According to the simulation results of molecular automaton, people have a research on the change and distribution of the grain diameter and the number of side during the process of static recrystallization, and conclude as follows, the relationship between the disappearing rate of individual deformation grain and the growth rate of individual recrystallization grain is characterized by randomness during the whole recrystallization process; the more the deformation, the smaller the mean diameter of grain is, at the finished moment of recrystallization; the grain diameters are not homogeneous during the static recrystallization process and at the finished moment of static recrystallization.

Abstract: Overflow rainwater is a serious environmental problem nowadays, which attracted the most researchers’ attentions. Accordingly, effective and economic treatment of overflow rainwater is highly required. This study aimed to design a high-loaded clarifier equipment and developed an innovative overflow rainwater treatment. The high-loaded clarifier equipment was consisted of grid, pump, coagulant, reactor, and the most important part of lamella clarifier with serried metal plates. The removal of pollutants in overflow rainwater with the high-loaded clarifier equipment was evaluated. The pollutions removal rate of overflow rainwater was investigated with 65% COD and 90% SS, approximately.

Abstract: A compact or portable mechatronic embedded system application has a strictly demands of volume and/or power consuming. Comparing with electronic parts, switches and/or actuators take the most proportion of volume or weight and power consuming of the whole system. A novel method of connecting multiple switches/actuators built by using electro-rheological fluid and a pair of governing electrodes and their control strategy are introduced in this paper. By using this method, the numbers of control components are changed from N times M to N plus M, the volume and weight reduced largely.A series structure is used in the application on multi-line Braille electro-book for blind people as a demonstration of this novel method. It provides a novel solution of shrinking system for a compact or portable mechatronic embedded system application.

Abstract: Single cycle control technique is applied in the field of welding power which makes waveform control in the various stages of arc and circuit in the welding process respectively based on the characteristics of the welding process. A new welding power control has been put forward which is able to adjust the grid voltage disturbance in a very short time. We choose dual single-ended forward topology as the main circuit and make flux reset for the transformer in each cycle to ensure that the transformer magnetic saturation dose not occur, meanwhile, controlling the condition of arcing and short circuit respectively to achieve a better welding effect.
