Design of the Android Platform Based Electronic-Device Monitoring Terminal
  Abstract

This article introduces the Android Operating System based electric-device monitoring system, which includes a combination of device faults collection and real-time data uploading functions. Our new system comes equipped with an application for sending faulting pictures, GPS information, and short descriptions to a service center immediately via Gmail. In order to provide a user-friendly interface and guarantee the accuracy of data, the same-time reporting efficiency has been greatly improved. This article describes the process of how to complete the terminal design by using JAVA eclipse+XML. Flow charts of the program terminal and designs of primary modules are also provided.
