Temperature Control System of Annealing Furnace Based on Smart Meters and PC
  Abstract

With the requirements of larger production process and continuous reheating annealing furnace production, quality and the optimization of the energy consumption constantly increasing demand, industrial annealing furnace burning process precise temperature control is particularly important [1]. The working state of the heating annealing furnace will directly affect the process operation and sequence. Combining with the actual requirements of the project an axle, we use the smart and PC temperature control to achieve economic efficient and stable production purpose.
