Development of Linkage-Cam Reducers and Series Design
  Abstract

It is introduced the new linkage-cam combination mechanism that has been designed and analyzed performance in the paper. Based on it and gear one teeth theory, the new type linkage-cam reducer has been successfully developed and have done structural design, model trial and industry testing ,the result is shown that the linkage-cam reducer have big drive ratio, enough high load capacity, high efficiency and so on, which provide a new type reducer for domestic reducer. Based on the operating principle and structure of linkage-cam reducers, series parameters are worked out and finally determined 9 types and 10 drive ratios. The specify type linkage-cam reducers are created 3D model,which makes series design slight simply, moreover providing fundamental basis for their application and popularization.
