Parametric Modeling Technologies of the Advanced Actuator
  Abstract

Actuator is a kind of rotary mechanism whose power source is the hydraulic pressure oil, which demands that the ratio of torque to deadweight is big ,and efficiency is high ,and reliability is great. On the base of ball helical transmission, this paper puts forward a new type of actuator ,the advanced actuator, which possesses several advantages, such as the ratio of torque to deadweight is big , transmission efficiency is high , impact is minuteness, life span is long, reliability is great, satisfying the demands of an advanced aircraft. This paper mainly introduces the working principle of the new type of actuator, 3D parametric modeling technologies of key parts.
