The Application of Air Pickax in Quicklime Feeding System
  Abstract

To solve the problem of unsmooth lime tank feeding which affects waste water treatment, in this paper, we take air pickax as a vibrator to improve the structure and the operation technology of the quicklime baiting system. After testing, we reach the expected effect and the standard. Only by controlling the program on HMI, the improved system can meet the requirement of normal emulsion distribution production and the automation technology. Meanwhile, it guarantees that the uniformity, continuity and stability of the amount of the lime tank feeding to improve productivity.
