Paper Title:
Determination the Modifier Content in SBS Modified Asphalt Based on Infrared Spectroscopy Technique
  Abstract

SBS modified asphalt is widely used in pavement engineering in China, since it has excellent performances both in high-temperature and low-temperature stability. However, there is no effective method to determinate the modifier in the SBS modified asphalt at home and abroad, causing that there is no efficient methold to manage and monitor the modified asphalt’s quality. This paper mainly introduces the method to determinate the modifier content in SBS modified asphalt qualitatively and quantitatively, using infrared spectroscopy technique.
