Semi-Closed Loop Control of NC Machine Tools Based on the Displacement Error
  Abstract

The displacement tolerance of Semi-closed loop control NC machine tool is an important index influencing processing procession. Based on this point, theory analysis and experiment is developed in this study. Both the source of displacement tolerance and influence factor are listed. The tolerance model is proposed for evaluation of the theory. The calculation results indicated that the tolerance model are accurate.
