Research on Correlation of Positioning Accuracy, Static Stiffness and Degree of Perfection of Control System for Crane
  Abstract

The newest international standard ISO22986-2007 and Chinese national standards GB/T 3811-2008 propose the requirement of the positioning accuracy to crane's static stiffness and degree of perfection of control system, yet completely give up contacts with crane classification group, making the correlation of positioning accuracy, the static stiffness and degree of perfection of control system neither explicit nor direct-viewing. Therefore, it is necessary to research on the correlation to propose a more direct-viewing curve graph expression rather than abstract relations, thus seeking its relevance, generalizing its regularity, and providing the new way for crane's static stiffness design.
