| Abstract | This paper has a research on a novel integrated printing and drying machine. The machine is used to print the LOGO on the products. Two ways of printing are introduced in this paper and the screen printing is chosen. The drying machine is also introduced and the drying process is simulated by CFD software. The result of the simulation tells us the temperature distribution of the ABS panel surface. Compared with the experimental datas, the simulation result is proved correct. With this simulation model, we can determine rational parameters of drying machine. |
