Innovation and Practice of Numerical Simulation Teaching Platform of Engineering Test Courses
  Abstract

Engineering test courses are the core curriculums for the electromechanical majors. They are imperative or elective courses for the majors of Mechanical Design Manufacture and Automation, Test Control Instrument and Meter, Material Moulding and Control, and Process Equipmemt and Control. There are two problems which commonly exist in the textbooks and the problems have impact on students’ understanding and absorbing of the professonal knowledge. Based on the two problems, the paper researches on innovation and practice of numerical simulation teaching platform of Engineering Test courses based on Matlab, establishes half practicality simulation platform to realize signal acquirement, A/D transformation and signal display based on PLC controller , and builds Matlab codes platform to display typical signals, examples and exercises, so as to realize graphics interchange format and PPT static results, and real-time dynamic interchange demonstration in class.
