Forming Modeling of Tailor Rolled Blanks & Applied Keys in Panels
  Abstract

Tailor rolling blanks(TRB) act an important method for automobile light-weight, the process model of TRB forming panels is put forward, key technologies for TRB rolling including TRB synthesized mathematic model, integrated control model of TRB thickness based on multi-domains and Frame model of TRB thickness integrated control are presented fused with virtual manufacturing technology(VMT) and KBE. The main value of thickness fluctuating is predicted by the mathematics model ,the process is verified by VMT, the warp of thickness fluctuating is forecast by networking. Key technologies of TRB forming panels including TRB material paramters confirm and TRB VMT are discussed. The result provides an effective approach for TRB rolling and takes on positive drived function for TRB forming in panels.
