Paper Title:
The Implementation of Remotely and Real-Timely Monitoring System from Web End for Long-Term Health Care Institute
  Abstract

Along with the information and communication technique progress, nosocomial medical care service has extended to the long-term care institute and home care. To meet the great amount of health care demand in this aging society, telecare comes to develop.
