Application of the Predictive and Inferential Control to Pulp Washing Process
  Abstract

In pulp washing process, as the series characteristic of Dilution Factor (DF), plasma layer thickness and washing water flow, a new predictive inference control algorithm is applied to pulp washing process. Simulation in pulp washing process shows that the algorithm not only improved the response speed of unpredictable variable but also can be an monitored value for the production process.
