Abstract: Performance of the decoder unit is critical for CISC microprocessors. To take x86 ISA for an example, we analyzes the x86 instruction formats in detail. We compare two decoding strategies used in Longteng C1&C2 microprocessors: One is a simply direct serial decoder; another is a massively parallel decoder. Simulation results show speedups around 2.2~3.6 are obtained by using 10 parallel sub-decoders.

Abstract: With the rapid development of the internet towards broadbanding, fastspeeding and multimedia orienting, modern teaching methods or means based on network will be put into massive application. How to construct an overall systematic orienteering net courseware becomes the key to orienteering teaching. The network courseware differs from original multimedia teaching software in using environments, teaching functions and teaching effects. Therefore, from the characteristics of integrableware and its effect on orienteering teaching reform, this study proposes the integrating of orienteering teaching resource bank and multimedia making platform based on the integrableware idea, so as to achieve the aim of a new model and a new designing idea for orienteering courseware, i.e. to combine the basic teaching courseware, pictures and animation, microvideo units and document materials into an integrated organism to provide courseware for Orienteering teaching.

Abstract: With the wide application of modern high technology in the field of physical education and training, to design a new system for the ensurance of the fairness of orienteering competitions, we developed the Fingerprint Electronic Timing System and Registering System and used them in orienteering competitions. The technical keys include the four points of fast extracting fingerprints, an invulnerable athlete registering system, large-capacity fingercards and a fast on-the-spot matching system. Thus a false-name entering during registrating process or in the course of the race can be avoided to ensure the fairness and authoritativeness of orienteering competitions.

Abstract: In order to improve the precision of gas emission forecasting,this paper proposes a new forecasting model based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO).PSO is a novel random optimization method which has extensive capability of global optimization.In the model, PSO is used to optimize the weight,width and center of RBF neural network and the optimal model is applied to forecast gas emission.The diversified factors analysised with grey correlation,MATLAB is employed to implement the model for gas emission forecasting.The simulation results show that the gas emission model optimized by PSO is more accurate than the traditional RBF model.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the stability and structural optimization of self-elevating platform pile foundation, preliminarily discusses the method of analyzing the bearing capacity of the layer soil foundation, and establishes the numerical computation models for the whole platform, pile, pile shoe, etc. Besides, through these analyses, the pile structure is optimized, and the stress concentration in the joint between pile and pile shoe is reduced. Also, this study is of reference value for the analysis on the self-elevating platform pile foundation design and the platform operation stability.

Abstract: In order to reduce the cost of washing machine clutch, clutch manufacturing process to improve through conventional washing machine JLX-N-5.0 clutch structure analysis, a new structure of the washing machine clutch, in ensuring the technical performance of the major premise, the clutch brake structure was improved to cancel one-way bearing, narrow diameter brake wheel, change the brake means and planetary gear train positioned. Comparative experimental results show that the clutch brake performance and a substantial increase in operating performance, with simple technology and low cost characteristics.

Abstract: The diagnosis of forging process for large problems, the use of advanced expert system for diagnosis of large forging process, forging process design of a large diagnostic expert system structure is discussed in detail the working principle and function of each module, and to the knowledge representation and reasoning mechanism of the development of key technologies such as policy, practice shows that the expert system can solve large-scale forging process design and diagnosis of problems in the field, in large forging process improvement theory and techniques to improve the forging process with large modules scientific, intelligent with significance.

Abstract: Motor rotator is one of the most important cast aluminum members. The configuration is so complex that it spends so much calculation and time by experimental method using multi-program. This paper mainly researched several main parameters by using scientific experimental method, thus introduced a simple project with optimized parameters in order to achieve a goal that can reduce in workload and improve the quality of castings.
