Design of Convexity in Rubber Coating Covered on Driving Drum in View of the Ceramic Tile Buffing Machine
  Abstract

To solve the problem which the driving torque and the driving power are insufficient in the main operation of the ceramic tile buffing machine, by the analysis of the driving drum’s force, propose a new measure of the drum’s covering-layer. The sphere coronal structure with convexity is designed on the surface of the covering-layer. Through the analysis of the force in the drum’s operation, it proves that this method could improve the friction coefficient on the surface of the drum, increase the friction driving force, so as to increase the driving torque and driving power.
