Design of Acoustical System of Cellphone Screen Abrasive Shock Machining
  Abstract

The abrasive shock machining is used to machine cellphone screen. Acoustical system of machining apparatus is analysed in theory, conical transformer and tool with large dimension rectangular section are designed. And tool is analysed with the finite element analysis software, as well as the transformer connected with the tool. The results of analysis show that designed acoustical system is satisfied with designing and operating requirement and can also improve processing quality.
