Research on Product Modeling Method for Supporting the Networked Manufacturing
  Abstract

This paper introduces a new product modeling method: MAPMNM (Multi-Agent Based Product Modeling for Networked Manufacturing) based on analysing the requirements of product modeling. The method offers a unified product master model and distributed domain models to alliance enterprise based on network by using web service and the agent technology of AI domain. Firstly, the paper gives the framework of the MAPMNM.Secondly, it elaborates on the web services, the architecture and running menchanism of the domain agent in MAPMNM.
