Empirical Study of Risk Management of International Hydropower General Contracting Projects
  Abstract

This study focuses on the risk management of international hydropower contracting projects. The approach of questionnaire has been used to identify risk factors, and statistical analysis software has been applied to carry out statistical analysis on the survey data to calculate and sort the comprehensive indexes of the levels of key risk factors, thus providing operable and guiding technological approach for the risk management of international hydropower contracting projects.
