Leveler Intelligent Model and Knowledge Base for Plate Steel Based on Multi-Fieldbus
  Abstract

The control system of the third hydraulic reversible 11 rolls leveler adopts advanced techniques such as automatic setting, automatic tracking and straightening, Leveling intelligent model and knowledge base. Leveling Intelligent Model and knowledge base is the core of the whole control system, which including Leveling Intelligent Model and plate knowledge base. The system has successful application in new strength leveler developed by Taiyuan University of Science and Technology and the Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, which is of high automatic and efficiency. The productions qualities are impressively improved. This plate leveler uses Oracle 10G database system and HP 380 Server clusters to realize the management function of technical data acquisition and analysis. It is able to complete the real-time data acquisition, data analysis, model calculation and self –learning function.
