Performance Parameters Analysis of Vibrating Cooler
  Abstract

The dynamic model of vibrating cooler was established to carry out dynamic analysis and the theoretical parameters were obtained. The dynamic data acquisition system was used to collect time domain signal, the vibrating cooler was tested and the acceleration curves of measuring points under working conditions were obtained. Analyzed the amplitude, trajectory and vibrating direction angle of the vibrating cooler and compared with design parameters so as to evaluate its performance. The results show that the design of vibrating cooler is reasonable and straight-line performance of the cooler is ideal, which verified the vibrating cooler can meet the design requirements and the production process.
