Abstract: In order to upgrade the WebGIS legacy systems smoothly, and improve the response speed of traditional WebGIS and user experience, this paper designs and develops a tile map service based on middleware technology. Through systematic analysis of its basic principle and system architecture, this paper gives several optimization strategies. Finally, we make a performance comparison between tile map service middleware and traditional OGC (Open Geospatial Consortium, OGC) standard WMS service. Our experimental results show that the average response time of tile map service reduced by 46% than sending WMS request to WMS server directly, and the TMS middleware has a high efficiency when cutting map tiles dynamically because of its meta-tiling strategy. The study shows that tile map service middleware has important application value both in improving traditional WebGIS performance and in upgrading existing legacy systems.

Abstract: The wireless sensor networks have been extensively deployed and researched. One of the major issues in wireless sensor networks is the energy consumption program. In this paper, we analyzed the development status of wireless sensor networks and the problems,while proposed the network structure and energy model,then we discussed the energy saving strategies for wireless sensor networks from four aspects:First analysis the component of WSN protocol stack and the energy consumption;Second,we study the energy-saving strategy for a single node from the computing subsystem and the communication subsystem,and we introduce a new long-sleeping status to save energy through using Flag mark.Third is the energy-saving optimization strategy based on communication protocol which mainly discuss from MAC and routing protocols.Last,we discuss the topology control strategy for energy-saving and point out the importance of topology control technology. Use these strategies, we can significantly reduce the energy consumption of wireless sensor networks and extend the network life-cycle.

Abstract: This article mainly describes the technology and difficulties of the spectroscopic measurement software, analyzes the basic structure of the software system, proposes solutions according to functional requirements and creates the corresponding software with such functions. In the spectrum display aspect, it makes a more detailed description for the customized coordinate system and on the data processing module. It solves practical problems more conveniently through constructing a customized data structure, computing function. The Facts have proved that it is very convenient to develop near-infrared Spectral measurement system by using Visual Basic, which fully presents the language features of the Visual Basic.
