Building of Mechanical Components Ontology in the Networked and Collaborative Environment
  Abstract

Different with the traditional expert classification of building ontology, Web-platform folksonomy is used to analyze the tagging of mechanical components in the networked and collaborative environment. And according to the combination of tags of mechanical components and ontology technology, the ontology model is given based on one instance by protégé to reveal the information characteristics of mechanical components more realistically and more completely. With the trend of realization of manufacturing informationization, the mechanical components ontology provides a contribution to the communication, sharing and knowledge reusing of mechanical products.
