Design and Application Research on Division System of Steel Enterprise Group
  Abstract

This paper presents the setting of Henan Hangxiao division, elaborates the organizational structure of the adjusted Henan Hangxiao business processes in detail, analysis the problems and countermeasures caused by for the operation of Henan Hangxiao Division, and makes the application analysis the performance management and operation from the target application effect of two aspects of management in Henan Province Hangxiao operational management research division. Application shows that: the division management system increased operating flexibility in Henan Hangxiao ability to form a cluster effect of enterprise groups, and strengthen the crisis management capacity, increasing the number of reserve talent.
