  Abstract

Electrical energy meter is one of the most important metrology equipments.It is also a kind of metrology apparatus for commercial exchange.Its credibility is important to consumers and corporations of electrical power especially after the legislation of “one meter for each family”.It is related to one’s immediate and vital interests of average masses directly.Therefore,the verification of electrical energy meters becomes more and more important. The context of Electrical energy meter working mechanism, functions, and its technical conditions and detection method introduced.
