Powder Mixed EDM Stirrer Designing and Simulation
  Abstract

This paper analyzes the falling process of powder for EDM mixed with powder, and proposes a stirring method for keeping equal powder concentration. Designing and imitating the stirring trough for EDM working fluid. It’s optimized that the radius of sphere bottom R=0.8T, the radio of deep and diameter is 0.8, The rotate speed n equals 20 rad/s, and the impeller is part from the bottom 100 to 150 millimeter, the whole circulation speed is good and it’s benefit for the powder equal suspend.
