Abstract: For the precise hole surface, the burr severely affects products’ performance. Considering the specific conditions of precise hole surface finishing, a new method of gas-particle two-phase compulsive circulation flows finishing is brought up. By numerical simulation of finishing project, its feasibility is defined. Experimental equipment is designed, and its finishing effect is done with experimental study, which provide theoretic and experimental basis for process parameters and thorough research.

Abstract: The problem of topology optimization of large spindle box of heavy machine was studied. Based on ICM topology optimization, the parameters topology optimization were changed by sensitivity analysis and the sensitivity parameters were normalized; the topological parameters were modified and removed which judgment based on the sensitivity of the cross-section unit cell in the progress of optimization. Example shown that the integrated optimization method made the structure optimization more intuitive, not only avoided effectively the occurrence of the load strange in the optimization process, but accelerated the convergence speed.
