Innovative Design of an Automatic Train Picking Hook Device Based on TRIZ
  Abstract

TRIZ theory is employed to design an automatic picking hook device on the dumper unloading line in thermal power plant. First and foremost, engineering parameters is listed to establish TRIZ model of practical problem, then relevant solving inventive principles is found by using conflict matrix, finally an innovative design is made and an automatic picking hook device is being initially proposed in this issue. This device can reduce not only the online failure rate, but also the labor intensity and operation difficulty.
