The Structure and Technical Parameters Analysis of Snubbing Unit
  Abstract

Snubbing service is a method of using characterized operation equipment moving the pipe string into or out of the well under pressure to complete workover. It can avoid to use killing fluid and eliminate producing formation pollution caused by killing operation, and it can maximum protect the hydrocarbon zone. Aimed at the existing snubbing units’ low efficiency, a new snubbing unit has been proposed in this paper which can achieve fast running or pulling pipe string under pressure. By the depth analysis of the main technical parameters, we can obtain the corresponding formulas, which is providing the corresponding basis theory for the design and analysis of snubbing unit.
