Abstract: Our study has conducted an inquiry ,based on the " The Structure scale for Job performance of Chinese professional coaches" and " Job burnout scale ", and 213 coaches from 19 provinces in China were involved in our investigation. The gathered evidence enable us to draw the conclusions that the two dimensions of low-potency feeling and Knowledge Drain result in significant negative impacts on task performance and development performance,low-potency feeling lead to negative impacts on contextual performance,on the contrary, the two dimensions of low-potency feeling and Knowledge Drain have shown significant positive effects on counter-production performance.

Abstract: A novel three-dimensional, magnetic and electroactive nanoprobes were constructed for the first time. Using hemin (TPP) as electron mediator, mutli-walled carbon nanotubes with carboxyl groups (MCNTs) as supporter, a novel (MCNTs-TPP-Fe3O4) magnetic nanocomposites were first prepared. Then using alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) as model system, gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) as immobilizing matrix, the AFP/anti-AFP/Au NPs/ MCNTs-TPP-Fe3O4 nanoprobes were prepared and then dropped on the surface of screen-printed working electrode (SPCE) to construct a new amperometric immunosensors for detecting biomakers. The microstructure of different nanoparticles were observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray fluorescence spectrometery (XRFS). Under optimal experimental conditions, the logarithm of response signal was proportional to the logarithm of AFP concentration from 0.1 to 200 ng/mL, with a correlation coefficient of 0.998. The detection limit was 0.04 ng/mL at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. The proposed method offered a platform for fast, sensitive and simultaneous determination for serum samples.

Abstract: To meet the demand of the food texture analysis, dental training, speech therapy and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) research, a device is required to enable the reproduction of human chewing behaviour accurately. Based on the biological structure of masticatory system, this paper presented a robotic model for human chewing system in Solidworks, and analyzed the kinematics character for the masticatory robot via ADAMS. Results have showed that the robotic model is proper to reproduce the human chewing behaviour.

Abstract: In silicon cloning, we obtained ILF2 gene by using human ILF2 gene sequence (NM_004515) to be probe. Sequence analysis showed that the in silicon cloned cDNA was 1662 base pairs long with an open reading frame (ORF) containing 1173 nucleotides encoding a protein of 390 amino acids. 5’-untranslated region (UTR) was 74 bp, and 3’-UTR was 413 bp. A comparison of the sheep ILF2 with cow, horse, human, mouse, xenopus and zebra fish ILF2 amino acids had 96%, 91%, 91%, 81%, 61%, and 54% identity. The PI was 5.19, and molecular weight of the deduced protein was 43 050.12 Da. The pig ILF2 contained a RGG-rich single-stranded RNA-binding domain and a DZF zinc-finger nucleic acid binding domain. This study laid a foundation for further analysis of structure, expression and regulation of ILF2 gene in sheep.
