Analysis of the Difference between Static and Dynamic Performance of Copper Cylinder Pressure Measurement and the Correcting Method
  Abstract

The serious static-dynamic discrepancy will be caused when the copper cylinders statically calibrated are used to measure the dynamic pressure. In this paper, the reasons for static-dynamic error caused are analyzed in detail. Taking φ3.5×8.15 copper cylinders for instance, the static-dynamic error’s change law of this type of copper cylinders is analyzed. Dimensional analysis and analogical theory are used to set up the correction equation which can be used to diminish the static-dynamic error. The correction equation to diminish static-dynamic error is testified to be effective through combining with the actual experimental data. This paper gives an effective way to decrease the measuring error of copper cylinders statically calibrated.
