After statistical data of Registered Constructor Examination in 2009 have been gathered, the detailed analysis of examination was carried out. Distinction and scoring rate and these relationships of the examination paper researched, statistics result show that too easy and too difficult questions have very low discrimination. Based on statistical data, two prediction formulas on pass rate are presented. A coefficients was presented that could evaluate the overall quality of examination papers, which was used to evaluate the public examinations of Registered Constructor Examination 2009. Characteristics of high and low distinction questions are analyzed that has some significance to the proposition work of Registered Constructor Test.
