Development on a Test System for Starting Relays Based on IPC
  Abstract

An industrial personal computer-based test system for starting relays is presented in this paper, its testing circuit and approaches are mainly introduced. According to the relative standards, the test system can not only measure conversional parameters of relays automatically and accurately, but also detect the performance while their contacts work though a large current. With reliable performance and simple operation, it will play a significant role in production and maintenance of vehicles.
