Modeling and Applying of the Relationship between Module Interfaces Based on the Extenics
  Abstract

Modular design is a key technique of mass customization. The relationship between the module interfaces is the basis of modular design, and it is essential to study the model and the application of the relationship between the module interfaces. Based on the Matter-element model of the Extenics, the models of the module, module interfaces and the relationship between module interfaces were established. Combining with the Boolean matrix of the module interfaces relationship, the application of the model was discussed.
