A Type of Customer Acquisition and Retaining Policy
  Abstract

This article analyzes the customer acquisition and retaining policy and then build a customer acquisition and retaining model according to the practical market investigation. This model provides some managerial insights about the customer decision for the firm which can be directly implemented in the management practice.
