Paper Title:
Using ANP to Do the Information Personnel Evaluation
  Abstract

Information technology develops faster and faster, while the information talent have become more important than ever. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) was used in the paper for evaluation of the information personnel. ANP is a feedback and interdependence process developed on the basis of AHP and the SD software was used to calculate the ANP model. Evaluation results obtained in the paper can give suggestions to decision makers.
