Design and Study of the Initial Probe for Multi-Function Fire Helmet
  Abstract

Fire helmets are important personal protective equipment for firemen in fire-fighting and rescue work, and the design of its function, structure, shape, etc. is directly related to the personal safety of the firemen. The development of the fire helmet with the modernized multi-function has very important significance. Through a study for the current research status and characteristics of fire helmets products in domestic and abroad, and looked into the developing trends of the fire helmet. Based on safety ergonomics and product system design method , a design program of multi-function fire helmet is proposed, which combined with the function of infrared thermal imaging, wireless communications conduction, emergency oxygen etc. it provided the design basis for related design and research in future.
