Abstract

A kind of new steel coil upender clamping device was introduced. The model was set up with SolidWorks software and the dynamics analysis was further performed in ADAMS. The results showed that the efficiency of turnover process of the device was high and the system could save driving force. These also provided some theory bases for the design of the device.
