The Grinding Revision of the Diamond Grinder of the Carbide Scraping Hob
  Abstract

In order generate the carbide involutes scraping hob, a diamond grinder is needed to grind its shape. But the diamond grinder can not be revised by a traditional reviser. The only way to revise a diamond grinder is by another ordinary grinder. By employ a traditional grinder of large diameter and with high velocity, step by step, we can finally revise the diamond grinder to the shape of required. This paper introduced a new method to calculate and analysis the profile. This paper also researched the theoretical basis of this new method.
