Abstract: In air-cooled condenser, high temperature condensing water in summer which approaching and exceed 60°C, which may result in filter materials degradation and release impurities. This paper discusses an influencing factor, water-filter ratio (soaking solution and filter quality ratio), on leachable dissolution rate and filter material degradation rate in high temperature water. The UV absorption at 254nm (A254) and the exchange capacity ware measured after heat test as composite indicators. In addition, the trends of A254 variation with heating time were measured in different water-filter ratio. The stability is probably due to the effect of water-filter ratio. This has been further borne out that, water-filter ratio increases, leachable concentration decreases exponentially and tends to a fixed value.

Abstract: The conductive plastic is widely used in making sensitive materials such as angular displacement sensors with high-precision. The resistive film of the sensor is formed by spraying and its quality has a close relationship with the resistance liquid’ density, spraying pressure and time, and drying temperature and time. We draw a conclusion from experiments that for the conductive plastic with carbon fillers, the optimal linearity is obtained under a pressure of 0.5-0.6Mpa in 6-8 seconds and the best abrasion resistance is obtained at a drying temperature of 175°C in 4 minutes when the liquid resistance contains 15% carbon. While for the conductive plastics with metal fillers, the optimal linearity is obtained under a pressure of 0.7-0.8Mpa in 5-6 seconds, and the best abrasion resistance is obtained at a drying temperature of 165°C in 4 minutes when the liquid resistance contains 6% metal fillers. The research results have some guiding significance in improving performance and lowering cost.

Abstract: A digital image detecting system that employs a touch-sensitive monitor as operating center is stated here. With touch-screen and easy-to-use measuring software, its efficiency has been greatly improved compared to the traditional manual image instrument. Its basic structure and measuring principle are presented first, and then the software’s interface and the calibration method, and finally the fundamental principle of the two key algorithms for image detecting: sampling and marking.

Abstract: After analyzing merits and demerits of the attempted dedusting methods and the current smelting process, the article presents a new dedusting technique that adopts multi-sensor information fusion. A rational logical control scheme and mathematical model is presented too. The system achieves its environmental protection and energy saving aim by removing dust automatically according to the dynamic dust volume.

Abstract: A new radial plunger pump is given here, which is installed with a roller between the plunger and the stator. When in working order, the roller is purely rolling on the inner face of the stator, reducing the friction force and effectively avoiding the combustion of friction pair. The force on the roller and the plunger of the static pressure supporting cylinder pair are studied here and some theoretical evidences are provided for developing new radial-plunger pumps of high speed, high efficiency, and long lifetime.

Its static characteristics are studied and some theoretical evidences are provided for developing new radial-plunger pumps, and it has the advangtages of high speed, high efficiency, and long lifetime. The present analysis can provide the basis for its applications.
