Abstract: As distribute power generation and micro-grid technology develops, more and more researchers attach importance to the problems of power quality in micro-grid, especially the problem of harmonic. This paper describes the impact and harm harmonic has on the power quality of the power grid. It introduces a revised method of managing micro-grid harmonics which uses an active power filter (APF), and the control method of APF is different from the traditional one. It also establishes the simulation model of micro-grid, analyze the simulation results and experiment in actual micro-grid to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: Effect of ring support position and geometrical dimension on the free vibration of ring-stiffened cylindrical shells is studied in this paper. The study is carried out by using Sanders shell theory. Based on the Rayleigh-Ritz method, the shell eigenvalue governing equation is derived. The present analysis is validated by comparing results with those in the literature. The vibration characteristics are obtained investigating two different boundary conditions with simply supported-simply supported and clamped-free as the examples. Key Words: Ring-stiffened cylindrical shell; Free vibration; Rayleigh-Ritz method.

Abstract: Mechanical behavior of box girder with corrugated steel webs in completion status of bridge was studied. Based on the cable stayed bridge of box girder with corrugated steel webs on Zhenshui Road in Xinmi City, finite element method (FEM) was applied to calculate and analyze vertical displacement of box girder, shearing stress of corrugated steel webs, normal stress and vertical deflection of concrete plates, longitudinal strain of box girder in completion status of bridge. The results show that vertical shearing stress of corrugated steel webs is approximately uniformly distributed along the height of box girder. Vertical deformations of corrugated steel webs play the dominant role in the whole box girder. Longitudinal strain of corrugated steel webs is smaller than that of concrete plate. Structural design method based on traditional theory that corrugated steel webs bear all the shear force is conservative.

Abstract: Combined with a design of steel reinforced concrete (SRC) transfer beam in a tall building, and by analyzing interaction between transfer-beam and shear wall by the finite element method, the optimal model is set up. It is to minimize the total cost subjected to constraint of bearing capacity etc. By proper optimal method, the model of SRC transfer beam is optimized. The results show that the beam size achieves a fair division subjected to the condition of strength, structure etc. Meanwhile, actual design software indicates that the optimized data meet the design.

Abstract: Based on micropolar fluid theory and micropolar solid elasticity theory, reflection and transmission characteristics of longitudinal displacement wave and two coupled waves are studied when incident longitudinal displacement plane wave propagates through micropolar fluid interlayer in micropolar solid. Theoretical and numerical analytical results reveal that in general the amplitude ratios of various reflected and transmitted waves are functions of the incidence angle, the frequency of the incident wave and the material properties of the medium. At normal incidence, the reflection and transmission of only longitudinal waves take place and no coupled transverse wave is found to reflect or transmit. At grazing incidence, no reflection or transmission phenomena take place and the same wave propagates along the interface. The change rules of the amplitudes varied with incident angle are also discussed.

Abstract: Based on micropolar fluid theory and micropolar solid elasticity theory, reflection and transmission characteristics of longitudinal displacement wave and two coupled waves were studied when incident coupled wave propagated through micropolar fluid interlayer in micropolar elastic solid. Using numerical example, the rules of the reflection waves and refraction waves amplitudes varied with incident angle are also discussed. Results show that there exist extremum values of reflection and transmission coefficient for coupled wave. There are two peaks and one zero value of transmission coefficient for longitudinal displacement wave.

Abstract: Based on the compaction test and unconfined compression test of cement soil, the optimum water content is ascertained. The relationship is studied about cement content, curing time and unconfined compression strengths, ultimate strain of compacted cement soil in this paper. The results indicate that the unconfined compression strengths increase in linear with the increase of curing time and cement content on the whole, and the ultimate strains decrease with the increase of cement content and curing time. The results provide theoretical basis for rational construction mixture ratio and parameter which have been successfully used to a project and achieved good economic benefit.

Abstract: Based on the principle of minimum potential energy, the interface slips in concrete filled square steel tubular column is calculated. According to the study of bond-slip behaviors of steel reinforced concrete and steel tube concrete, a pull-out mechanics model of concrete filled square steel tubular column has been built. The slip displacement on the interface of steel and concrete of the column along the embedment length is derived by the principle of minimum potential energy. The calculation results show that the slip curves have the basic characteristics of quadratic curves distribute. The results can be used to describe the interface slips between steel and concrete under complicated loads.

Abstract: The structural behavior of a steel reinforced concrete (SRC) transfer beam in high-rise building is studied in the paper. Mechanical properties and deformation characteristics between transfer beam and shear wall are analyzed by an analytic approach and the nonlinear finite element method. The stress analytical solutions for the SRC transfer beam are obtained and agree with finite element calculation data in an actual project. The results show that the beam can be as an eccentric tension member, meanwhile the performance of shear wall must be considered. And it also shows that the shear stress and vertical compressed stress must be considered in end both transfer beam and shear wall and there is interaction between the beam and the shear walls above. The results can be used to describe the behavior of the SRC transfer beam under complicated loads.
