Abstract: In the logistics service supply chain based on Multi-Agent system, it is a combinatorial optimization problem possessing highly complexity and dynamic uncertainty to allocate the resources of various logistics companies. Therefore, in this paper, ant colony algorithm is introduced to the Multi-Agent System, and we establish a resource allocation model based on ant colony algorithm for logistics service supply chain in view of Multi-Agent. In the model, ants are replaced by agents. At the end, the paper realizes the optimization of logistics services supply chain.

Abstract: In this paper, energy consumption evaluation index system of the container terminal logistics system is briefly studied. Energy consumption is divided into two parts as dynamic and static energy consumption. Then an effective energy consumption evaluation model of container terminal logistics system is established.

Abstract: In this paper, the method of system dynamics is applied for the supply chain inventory management in FMCG industry. Based on the analysis of three-level supply chain inventory control loop, this paper establishes system dynamic models related profits and the service level of 2&3-level supply chain. After testing the validity of the model, the writer does some simulation through the system dynamics software Vensim. In addition, the model and simulation described in the paper are highly understandable and practicable, and thus have a very good prospect of application.

Abstract: Based on the theory of Bi-level Programming, according to the location and the fluctuant power and heat demand of the customers in the given region, taking the minimum cost of the regional energy supply as objective function, a bi-level programming model was formulated to plan the regional distributed energy supply chain network. A hybrid algorithm of a tabu search algorithm combined with k-means algorithm and a simulated annealing algorithm combined with scanning algorithm has been provided to solve the model. Finally with practical instances we proved the validity of the approach.

Abstract: Container terminal production is both an important and complicated element in the contemporary global economy. Amongst other methods, the efficiency of container port or terminal production can potentially be analyzed by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). This paper aims to evaluate the efficiencies of the Yangon’s ports using the two alternative techniques. This paper provides a preliminary analysis of Yangon’s port sector for the period (1998-99 to 2007) using DEA in order to asses the impact of transformation. The results are therefore important in terms of the extent to which Yangon’s ports will be capable of competing effectively in the port industry. The scale of merger and takeover activity across the port industry has been extensive in recent years and this can be expected to increase as new opportunities for market penetration and consolidation emerge in the new-private ports sector.
