Abstract: In research of the low temperature parts of atmospheric pressure device, by using BP neural network, the connection of PH value, Cl-, H2S and Fe+2 was setup which can predict Fe+2 content accurately, and obtain the requirement accuracy, hence more accurate corrosion can be predicted and providing more suggests for corrosion protection.

Abstract: One-step spray welding process was used to deposit Ni60 Ni-based self-fluxing alloy coating on 35CrMo wedge disc. According to different microstructure characters the cross-section of spray-welded specimen can be divided into three areas: spray welded coating, transition region and base metal. For the influence of welding thermo, base metal shows pearlite area, incomplete recrystallized area and original pearlite+ferrite area, the hardness of which is between 200HV to 165HV. The hardness of coating is about 865HV, which ensure good wear resistance. Because of the particles incomplete packing and the viscidity of melted metal, micro cavities formed near transition region and combine to form cavity chains, which will decrease the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of coating.

Combining the practice teaching system of engineering practice ability cultivation for the major of process equipment and control engineering in our college, four-year continuous persistent cultivation of engineering drawing ability can improve the students' engineering practice ability effectively and practically.

Abstract: Magnetic fluid was invested in 20thcn 60s, and nowadays, it is used as an effective way for mechanical seal. This paper follows the seal requirements of stirred reactor rotating axis, analyzes the applicability for its seal condition. Meanwhile, in this paper the magnetic field is calculated by numerical simulation, the free boundary of magnetic fluid is analyzed in conditions of static seal and dynamic seal. The boundary analysis for magnetic fluid seal can directly show its position, when the boundary of magnetic fluid moves to the lower extreme of pole teeth, it can be considered the seal is invalid. This is a simple way to supervise the magnetic fluid seal.

Abstract: Adopting chemical coprecipitation and mechanical dispersion to prepare oil based magnetic fluid is a good way to increase the stability of magnetic fluid. This paper uses orthogonal design to analyze the influences from different factors, and The size of nano-particles and saturation magnetization were characterized by TEM and WSM vibration magnetometer. The results show that the NaOH solution adding speed of 0.4 ml/s and reaction temperature of 50 ~55 , sodium oleate solution adding speed of 0.3ml/s and heating temperature of 65 , heat-maintaining time of 20min are proper reaction conditions.

Abstract: Water-based Fe3O4 nano-magnetic fluid for seal was prepared by coprecipitation. In order to obtain nano-magnetic fluid preparation technology which can produce industrially, the choice of second coating surfactant has been studied. Factors affecting nano-particle size and particle saturation magnetization were investigated using five factors and three level orthogonal experimental design. The size of nano-particles and particle saturation magnetization were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and WSM vibration magnetometer. The results showed that the adding speed of NaOH solution and heat-maintaining time after adding, adding speed and reaction temperature of sodium oleate solution, as well as the heating temperature of sodium oleate solution influence the properties of nano-magnetic particles more. With the optimum process parameters, Fe3O4 nano-magnetic fluid which is below 15nm and can meet the nano-magnetic fluid sealing technology requirements has been prepared.
