Abstract: This paper takes the monitoring data sample from the top of fractionation tower system of one petrochemical company and uses prediction model which is constructed by BP neural network to study the corrosion prediction of catalytic fractionation tower top system. It uses min-max and z-score standardized method to deal with the original data and compare the impacts. The result shows that the BP neural constructing prediction model can provide basis of corrosion control for refinery. It also shows that better accuracy can be achieved by using min-max standardized method and when the number of training data quantity is over 20, the prediction result is more accurate and stable.

Abstract: The generation method of dissolved gas micro bubble is introduced in the paper. The micro bubble producing process can be divided into two stages-nucleation and expansion through analysis. The formation process and the free energy change of the micro bubble is analyzed according to the homogeneous nucleation theory, free energy change formula of the two process is derived, and relation between bubble radius and formation bubble number under certain conditions is also discussed. It is concluded that the smaller the radius of formed bubbles, the more free energy change and initial energy are needed according to the analysis of the relation above.

Abstract: Corrosion perforation of air cooler on atmospheric tower in refinery is mainly caused by the outer wall pitting, and the leading factors which results in the air cooler failure are Cl-, PH , temperature and Na+. With orthogonal model design test program to the main factors, and through polarization curves experiments obtain the corresponding corrosion potential, corrosion rate, pitting potential. Analysis the change of Cl-, PH value, Temperature and Na+ to the air condenser corrosion influence. The results show that, Cl- concentration, Na+ concentration rise make air cooler on atmospheric tower happening corrosion easily; PH value rise make air cooler on atmospheric tower happening corrsion not easily, which has a protective effect to the passive film; Temperature rise make air cooler on atmospheric tower passivation membrane formation rate increase, and at the same time pitting corrosion is more easily to happen.

Abstract: Thorough research is performed on crystallization process of ammonium persulfate,the influence of different mixing method on crystallization process of the ammonium persulfate is discussed in this paper, the influence of temperature on crystallization process is also discussed, and then the optimum mixing method for the crystallization of ammonium persulfate is achieved. All these will do great favor to improve the stability of crystallization process of ammonium persulfate .

Abstract: The relation model established by artificial neural network that includes 4 corrosive material parameters that are Cl-, H2S, NH3 and pH value and corrosion testing parameter that is Fe2+ of the fractionator overhead recycle system, studied the corrosion sensitivity of the corrosion parameters, has got the sensitive areas, put forward the suitable range of the corrosive material parameters of corrosion control in the production process.

Abstract: Special SHY-99 anti-corrosion coatings are used for newly developed heat exchange equipment, to resist corrosion and leakage problem of carbon steel water-cooler. The anti-corrosion properties of coatings were examined with routine test methods, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), electro kinetic potential polarization curve method and immersion testing method. The results show that physical properties of coatings are in accordance with national standards, the microstructures of coatings are uniform and tight, the coatings are combined tightly with base metal, and the coatings show excellent corrosion resistance in water of water cooling system.

Abstract: Experiments were carried out on the heat resistance, corrosion-resistance and adhesion performance of the nano-modified urushiol titanium antiseptic paint on the top heat exchanger of Atmospheric Tower. Through the experiment, it can be found that the corrosion resistance in the environment of HCl-H2S-H2O can be effectively improved by adding a certain amount of nano-SiO2 into urushiol coating made of titanium the top heat exchanger of Atmospheric Tower for modification.

Abstract: It was achieved with the benefit of excellent molding function of CAD/CAM, to solve the designing problems of rotation center of triple eccentric butterfly valve and to improve the seal performance. The Solid Edge software is applied to analyze the process of 3D modeling and motion simulation with details, as well as check both static and dynamic interference. In this way, the reasonable eccentric angle α, cone-apex angle 2β, radial eccentricity e and axial eccentricity C of valve board are acquired. It is effective to shorten the design period of triple eccentric butterfly valve, also improve the design efficiency and quality.

Abstract: In order to analyze the influences of process condition on kerosene-based Fe3O4, which are prepared in chemical co-precipitation, orthogonal experiment was used. How process condition influenced the size of nano-particles and saturation magnetization was studied, and the best process condition as 40ml•min-1 NaOH adding speed, 10ml•min-1 sodium oleate adding speed, 45°C reaction temperature, 15min holding time and pH value of 2 of coating sodium oleate was obtained. The performance of magnetic particles was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and WSM vibration magnetometer. The diameter of Fe3O4 nano-particles was less than 10nm, saturation magnetization was 2.66×104A•m-1, viscosity of nano-magnetic fluid was 18mPa•s, and density was 1.13×103kg•m-3. This research enhanced the foundation of using nano-magnetic fluid.
