Abstract: Under the background of low-carbon economy, it is necessary to modify and improve the existing economic benefits evaluation system for the construction projects of power generation industries. This paper firstly built an economic benefit evaluation index system for power generation projects based on low-carbon financial benefits and carbon-emission reduction efficiency. Then, it established an economic benefits evaluation model which uses entropy and AHP to determine combined weights, and Gray Relation Method for comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the empirical analysis of the construction of wind power projects verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation model.

Abstract: In the context of the low-carbon economy, economic benefits evaluations for power generation projects focus on the financial benefits and emphasize on the benefit from carbon-emission reduce. Thus, this paper firstly built an economic benefits evaluation index system for power generation projects based on low-carbon financial benefits and carbon-emission reduction efficiency. Then, it established an improved TOPSIS evaluation model based on orthogonal projection method and combination weighting which is determined by AHP subjectively and variation coefficient method objectively. Finally, the empirical analysis of wind power projects’ constructions verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation model using that new method.

Currently information technology is developing rapidly. The implementation of internal control by the information system will become a trend. This article analyzes the problems which the internal control management information system in the enterprises may encounter in the implementation; the potential risks from the business process and develop the appropriate measures.

Abstract: Power distribution engineering plays an important role in power system, whose construction quality directly impacts the investment income, social and environmental benefits. This paper firstly analyzed the necessity of quality management in power distribution engineering, and then introduced the application of total quality management to the quality management in power distribution engineering. Finally, by combining the basic points of TQM, applying the PDCA cycle and controlling the factors affecting quality management, this article built a basic system model for quality management in power distribution engineering.

Abstract: Effective management and control of carbon emission from thermal power generation is essential for the development of low-carbon economy. In order to establish a comprehensive evaluation model for thermal power plant construction projects under the requirements of low-carbon economy development, this paper firstly analyzed the evaluation objects of thermal power plant projects based on low-carbon economy, then built the evaluation index system of thermal power projects based on that analysis, moreover, by applying Grey AHP method, the comprehensive evaluation model also was built. This evaluation system provides a reference to the evaluation of low-carbon development of thermal power projects.
