Abstract: In a smart city, all the aspects of life are administrated by means of digital technologies of Internet, sensor networks and Internet of things. As part of a smart city, smart infrastructure plays an important role in integrated infrastructure planning and management to analyze the individual and combined effects of infrastructure systems and how they can better work together to serve the community. This research studies the framework of a smart infrastructure management system. The framework proposed focuses on the monitoring and management of critical information in subway tunnels. Monitored data would be collected through sensor network and analyzed through the smart infrastructure management system. The framework can report emergency or safety-hazard situations before they develop into disasters. The framework can also enhance infrastructure resilience to support continuity of service to the community and business. The research will provide deeper knowledge and real-time practical intelligence of connections in the infrastructure system.

Abstract: The 3D model of terrain, which includes goafs, is built by use of terrain generator from MIDAS GTS. The method is developed that the model is stress analyzed by FEM (finite-element method). The following cases are considered: rock weight, loose rock and Heavy Equipment on step surface. Finally, used to the field datum from Luo’yang Molybdenum Co., Ltd., modeling and stress analyzing are finished by the software of MIDAS GTS. The result indicates that the method could provide scientific basis for Safety and Management to open-pit with Underground mined-out area.

Abstract: This paper through the analysis on status and barriers of carbon trade in China and factors for price, made a study on the game of carbon trade risks under non-market function. This paper used the reverse signal transduction model, analyzes the path selection of emissions measures under the government mandatory policy. And it established the two stages carbon trading competition model, which reveals the best effort level and the optimal referral reward (incentive problems) under the voluntary emissions of carbon trading. And then it established the characteristic carbon trade mode of China providing reference to the economic development of China’s future carbon emission trade market.

Abstract: Development of low-carbon economy is an important approach to adjust industrial structure. With the gradual acceptance of low-carbon economic concept, borders of industries gradually become unclear and construction industry steps into the phase of combination. This paper gains the result that the profit of implementing low carbon technology is increasing function or decreasing function to the actual value and by adopting efficient low carbon technology in construction industry in two different fusing stages, and considering the market competition situation through the return condition of referral encouragement. It also gains the situation that the government provides referral encouragement or does not provide referral encouragement by analyzing the relationship between the profits and the average benefits of low carbon in the market, and finally proposes the fusing countermeasures of construction industry in the low carbon economy age. And it gave the accelerate in-depth development of modern construction industry.

Abstract: The medium-depth blasting design of underground mining needs to do a lot of data- processing of geological survey and graphics rendering. It is repetitive and tedious. This paper introduces a Medium-depth hole blasting design CAD system (MHBD) based on Object/ARX. However, the system of non-pillar sublevel caving can decrease the labor intensity, reduce design time and improve labor efficiency.

Abstract: Using GIS(Geographic Information System), GPS(Global Positioning System), GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) and RFID(Radio Frequency Identification), an intelligent control mining management system in an open pit has been designed and developed. A linear programming model is set up in a practical application. By the model, the system can automatically draw up production plan of ore blending well every day. The system can monitor and dispatch open-pit trucks and shovels well, and can play back their historical paths. It can monitor and control the process of mining production in real time. By RFID, The system can also count the number of trucks’ delivery and shovels’ loading automatically. Experiments on real scenes show that the performance of this system is stable and can satisfy production standards of ore blending in open pits.

Abstract: In view of the request of trucks and shovels transportation automation and the characteristic of complex terrain in open pit, this paper introduces the current advanced RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) and GPRS(General Packet Radio Service). Using these technologies, the automatic transportation management system of trucks and shovels in open pit has been designed and developed. This system not only can count the number of trucks’ delivery and shovels’ loading automatically, but also can manage the vehicles’ transportation in open pit according to the ore proportioning plan. This greatly enhances the trucks and shovels working efficiency in open pit and provides the stable ore for mineral processing. Experiments on real scenes show that this system’s performance is stable, can satisfy production request in open pit and enhance the mine labor productivity greatly.
