Abstract: The paper firstly pointed out the main problems existing in the implementation of China's current environmental policy, for example, China's environmental policy system is not perfect, environmental regulation enforcement is not in place, environmental standards are lower than the international standard, the collection way of sewage charges is improper and capital investment of China's environmental protection industry is insufficient. Finally, from the concept of sustainable development, the paper put forward relevant policy suggestions according to the main problems of environmental policy in China.

Abstract: Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum Co., Ltd. belongs to a subsidiary of Chinalco (Aluminum Corporation of China). With the development of enterprises and the change of market environment, the corporation encountered various difficulties and bottlenecks. In order to improve operational efficiency and profitability, Jiaozuo Wanfang introduced SAP-ERP system in 2008. Logistics management module is an important function in the system, because it strengthens enterprise cost accounting capability from the planning, procurement, inventory and etc. The application of Jiaozuo Wanfang SAP-ERP system can effectively reduce material inventory, improve the accuracy of material procurement plans, and enhance the level of standardized management.

Abstract: Circular economy provides strategic theory paradigm for the transformation from traditional economy to sustainable development economy, so that it resolve basically the contradiction between environment conservation and economic development in a long time. As the principal part of economic activities, enterprises’ attitude to the environment strategy directly affects the execution effect of national environment strategy. From the two sides of exterior conditions and interior factors, the paper analyzed the selection games of enterprises’ environment strategy, took an example of Guangxi Guigang National Eco-Industrial Demonstration Parks and explained the feasibility of “win-win” between economy and environment.
