Abstract: Friction under vibration condition presents extremely different complex characteristics from that of the conventional state. Practice shows that machine power rises obviously with the significant decrease of the fiction. However, occurrence mechanism of the vibration is not fully studied or revealed; therefore, how to further develop the benefits of vibration, there is no concrete and clear measures yet. From this actual situation, this work want to reveal the characters of nonlinear dynamic of the vibration friction, analyze the relationship between vibration and friction, discuss the impact of vibration’s parameters on the friction mechanism, Theoretical study and experimental verification were conducted to improve the work efficiency of the related equipments with the benefits of the vibration friction.

Abstract: In this work, it is presented and studied that the harmonious of product function with capability, harmonious of product with product, harmonious of product with people, with technology, with society environment, with entironment from the view of entironment, society, economy, science, politics, culture and legal point in the design process. And the quality verification and evaluation methods are studied to enhance the design quality more effectively. And that, all the studied contents is named harmonious design method. One machine tool is used as an example to explain the method with design quality evaluated by fuzzy synthesized evaluation method from function, structure capability, working capability and craftwork capability factors. The grade and disparity of design quality are obtained through the evaluation results, then design project could be modified based on it, and it is very useful to improve product quality and to enhance performance-price ratio and market competitive ability.

Abstract: To design a machine tool successfully, its essential parts should be analyzed and evaluated after design but before prototype being made. The spindle assembly is one of the most essential parts of high speed machine tool, so how the dynamic characteristics of the spindle assembly affect the performance of high speed NC machine tool are of great significance and should be studied. This paper’s research is based on a high speed machine tool manufactured by some plant. The finite element analysis model of the spindle assembly of the high speed machine tool was developed by taking the advantage of the spring-damper element to simulate the bearing supports. The modal analysis was made to confirm the dynamic characteristics of the spindle assembly, and the results were compared with the testing ones.

Abstract: The existing problems of temperature measurement for CNC machine tool are pointed out
through analyzing research results of temperature measurement methods, temperature measurement
points optimum and temperature variables selection technology. The devices and properties of
contact and non-contact temperature measurement are compared and evaluated. The error
measurement devices and their technology development of CNC machine tool are described. The
measurement methods and results of temperature and error are analyzed by testing on a concrete CNC
machine tool. It is concluded that some objective rules exist in various machine tools. The locations
of sensitive points for temperature and errors as well as its number can be defined.

Abstract: Good balancing is very important to improve the moving performance of grinding
machine. General balancing technology of grinders was analyzed. The structure features of a new type of hybrid CNC grinding machine were introduced. The necessity of obtaining good balance of the hybrid grinder was demonstrated. Based on simulation and calculation of the distribution law of potential energy over the grinder, a solution for obtaining partial balance of the machine was worked out. An optimal parameter value of the designed balance unit was reached through
optimization calculation with optimal balancing effect as target function. The max actuating force of balanced machine accounts for only 13.7% of the force of un-balanced. The balancing unit is of features of simple structure and good balancing effect.
