Abstract: On base of the main decomposition approaches for CS, the decontamination effect on CS stimulant with potassium permanganate solution was studied through the orthogonal tests and single factor tests. In this paper, four factors including concentration, temperature, time and dosage of catalyst were relevant with conversion rate, which finally reached extremum on the conditions that concentration is 0.015%; reaction temperature is 30°C; Catalyst amount is 2% of reactants; reaction time is 10min. Both concentration of potassium permanganate solution and temperature were regarded as the main factors, while reaction time and dosage of catalyst were both the secondary factors.

Abstract: Urban development is facing the problems，such as the scarcity of resources of urban space and the deterioration of urban ecological environment，the theory of Three-dimensional city is an effective way to solve the urban problems. Through introducing the developed process and advantages of three-dimensional city, the necessity and targeting of three-dimensional city can be summarized, meanwhile, the major strategies of three-dimensional city are emphasized：enhancing the legislative exploration of three-dimensional city; constructing three-dimensional traffic system of city; promoting the construction of complex of city and especially highlighting the application of ecological technology in the process of three-dimensional city.

Abstract: Through introduced the development of the protection of industry heritage, analyzed the status quo of protection of Qingdao industry heritage and referred to the excellent instance, finally, it can be conclude the following viewpoints: for the target, mainly contains tracing urban memory and enhancing the suitability of industrial heritage; for the strategies, mainly contains the emphasis on the “truth” of industrial heritage, the rational way of protection and reuse, and the concrete strategies.

Abstract: The urban architectural style of Qingdao is tried to be formatted in this paper with appropriate way. Through analyzing the achievement of the former architectural style and the problems existing in the urban buildings, it can be concluded that the emphasis on characteristics of regional culture is especially an important way to create the urban features.

Abstract: A novel biodiesel named curcas oil diethylene glycol ether esters (GDGEE) with higher oxygen content was prepared by refined curcas oil, methanol and ethylene glycol monomethyl ether as the reaction and KOH as catalyst. The optimum synthesis conditions was determine by orthogonal test, that molar ratio of methanol to oil was 6:1, catalyst amount was 1.2% of feed oil, reaction temperature was 65°C, reaction time was 30min. Both FT-IR and 1H-NMR were used to analysis and validate the molecular structure of GDGEE after preparation. The Physicochemical properties including oil-soluble, smoke point, kinematic viscosity, pour point, copper corrosion and closed cup flash point, were all tested by the national standard method for GDGEE and its blends with 0# diesel oil. The results confirm that GDGEE owns good physicochemical properties which can be used as diesel fuel additives or be used instead of diesel fuel alone, so a certain application value of it can easy be know accepted.
