Abstract: The networked collaborative design has been the development trend of modern product design, the application of which has been constrained by the data access conflicts. This paper introduced the networked collaborative design method of product based on the Vault, and network collaborative function of Inventor by using the project management. Under the assistance of the Vault, we had solved the key technology of access conflict of networked collaborative design, and realized the remote design between the members of efficient coordination. In this way, we had optimized the design ideas, shortened the product development cycles and improved productivity.

Abstract: Heterogeneous data sharing is always a bottleneck problem for the development of collaborative design. The method of STEP/XML element mapping achieves the data transformation between STEP and XML by establishing the mapping relationship of the two data. It’s hard to ensure all element mapping one to one and easy to cause the partial data loss. Based on the research, this paper put forward a new method with data encapsulation. It encapsulates the whole STEP data into the XML data by using of the XML character data, and then the data are uploaded to the collaborative design platform. Another designer can download it and get the original STEP data by using the XML parser. This method is not only easy to be realized, but also can ensure the integrity of the product model data conversion. It is more conducive to achieve collaborative design.

Abstract: The vibration is a high-precision machine tool components in the design of the major issues, facing its precision has a great influence, so column parts of its modal analysis is necessary. Creating three-dimensional finite element model of the column, using finite element analysis software ANSYS modal analysis of the column, which can reached the first five natural frequencies and mode shapes. Column Part of our understanding of dynamic performance and improve the machining accuracy is helpful. Modal analysis method is the dynamic performance of the column on the main approach, which mainly is to determine the vibration characteristics of the column that is the natural frequency and vibration mode, which we can determine the modes of processing accuracy, and thus the relevant parts of the machine column can be optimized so that it meet the requirements.

Abstract: This paper shows the static strength analysis of the tractor front axle housing by using of the finite element analysis software ANSYS, visually shows equivalent stress and strain distribution and vertical displacement distribution of the front axle housing. At the same time it also shows the analysis results of the model processing, the results of accuracy and reliability, and the weak links of the structure. By analyzing the weakest link and the difference in strength between each node for the overall structure in the condition, it can provide a direction and theoretical basis for the design and optimization of geometric entities. And the results of the analysis may be as the basis for structural improvement. In this way, it can be verified that using computer virtual software for product development is positive.

Abstract: Considering the nonlinear relationship of the joint surface between parts in machine tool assembly, a finite element analysis method based on assembly relationship is proposed. By this method, a finite element model is set up. Based on the analysis of experimental data, the result is close to the actual working conditions, which proves that this analysis method based on the machine tool assemble relationship is feasible and reliable
